Manage all aspects of the Aftersales Departments Respond promptly to any customer complaints and ensure timely and correct resolution Liaise with external companies to ensure good working relationships are developed Maintain rigorous control of Department costs, stock and budget Recruit, coach and appraise team to ensure they are operating to full potential
* Providing advice, problem-solving and resolutions to customers have are experienced product issues. * Processing and arranging customer returns and exchanges. * Ensuring that all customer communication is of the highest standard by monitoring your personal Customer Satisfaction Score. * Ensure that you have excellent product knowledge at all times
Assisting GM with recruitment, managing performance development, assisting with staff engagement and looking after HR and benefits administration. A busy and varied HR role where you will get full exposure to every aspect of HR This role is a perfect entry level role for a candidate passionate about starting a career in HR. You will have a degree and 3 years HR experience. A Chinese language would be an advantage.
