EMEA Marketing Manager - Medical Devices (m/f/d)

I am partnering with an international technology company that specializes in 3D technology, including printers, scanners, and software. They serve various industries such as medical and dental, automotive, semiconductors, and aerospace. Due to continued growth in Germany and across Europe, they are looking to expand their German team and are recruiting a Marketing Manager – EMEA to focus on their medical device solutions. The role is 100% remote and based in a home office in Germany.

Marketing Manager - EMEA – Medical Devices (m/f/d)

Permanent Position / 100% remote in Germany

Your new duties and responsibilities

As the new Marketing Manager – EMEA, you will be an integral part of the global marketing team, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing based in the United States. You will be responsible for all aspects of developing, executing, monitoring, and reporting on the marketing strategy for the DACH and EMEA regions. This includes creating marketing and communication strategies, introducing new products, and driving market development.

Your new responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for strategic marketing projects within the EMEA region
• Collaborate with your counterparts globally and align the marketing plans and strategy accordingly
• Budgets responsibility
• Oversee the creation, communication and promotion of content relevant to your customer segment and region

The ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or related fields
• Proven track record gained working several years in a similar marketing manager role
• Ideally coming for a background in medical devices/ technology, pharma or other related industries
• Knowledge and understanding of the DACH and EMEA market and its healthcare industry
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Good understanding of both classic marketing as well as digital and social media
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
• Fluent level of German and English
• Willingness to travel ca. 10-15%
