My client is an internationally operating law firm founded in New York City. They have 12 offices in Europe, the USA, Latin America, and Asia with a focus on consulting services focus on finance, transactions, and litigation.

To support their team in Frankfurt, they are currently looking for a Billing Coordinator (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

The Role:

       Creating and processing invoices

       Reviewing and checking data in the billing system.

       Monitoring payments

       Checking and booking travel expenses and credit card statements

       Assisting in the preparation of monthly and year-end financials

       Generating reports and responding to ad-hoc queries in the finance area


The Requirements:

       Education as financial accountant / tax specialist

       Previous experience in a similar role

       Proficient in MS Office tools, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

       Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills

       Strong numerical understanding and discretion

       Structured, reliable, and efficient working style
