You will speak a fluent European language along with fluent English and ideally have 6-12 months experience in an Analytical/Data focused role. As part of the European Consultancy team , the Entry-level Software Training Consultant plays a vital role within the organization, providing remote and on-site training and software installations across the UK and through the EMEA region. With a pro-active and analytical approach as well as developed communications skills to work with clients possessing different levels of technical understanding. Main responsibilities *Carrying out on-site training on our client's main end-user applications enabling clients to get maximum Return on Investment from the systems in a timely and efficient manner. This is often carried out in the form of remote webinars and on-site training workshops. *Being involved in on-site and off-site installation work for software programs. *Performing testing of new Fleet Management software. *Setting up new software and web based systems. *Carrying out test downloads for new and existing vehicles ( ranging from HGVs to coaches,vans,cars and emergency services vehicles) in order to verify correct functioning. *Maintaining up to date customer records on the CRM system. *Producing and maintaining documentation. *Carrying out client reporting with preparation of monthly reports using Agility or Insight. *Developing suitable tests for training client delegates in workshops. *Issuing training certificates and carrying out other ad-hoc duties as required.
