  • An opportunity has come up with a client of mine, an exciting international company. They are looking for a HR Generalist. So if you are looking for an opportunity in Frankfurt this one could be for you.     Human Resource Business Partner - Dutch Speaking  Frankfurt   This HR Generalist role is covering all HR BP generalist tasks from A-Z with a focus on the Netherlands, and the Nordic Countries . You will be part of the local HR team and report directly to the HR Manager.   The role: You will be working in Frankfurt in a matrix based structure in a team of 4 other HR professionals. Your responsibility covers the areas of:   * General HR / operational HR * Recruitment * Career Planning / Succession Planning * Performance Management * Administrative tasks/ Preparing payroll information * Ensuring communication levels are maintained throughout the Business * Working on European / local projects * Being a point of contact for all HR queries from line managers and employees   This is a position where you will be making a great difference to the running of this company. As you notice there is a lot to do and for the right candidate – a lot of great challenges to be mastered!     Requirements: This role requires understanding of all HR matters, contracts as well as consulting employees and being a constructive interface between company and employee’s interests. Your communication skills need to be confident, as do your knowledge of general and operational Human Resources. As this role is international, fluency in English is a must! German is a requirement as you will be working with German colleagues on a daily basis and reporting to the German general management on a local basis.  Ideally you should have a minimum of a year solid HR experience, international work experience, team spirit and a desire to make a difference to this organisation.   • My Client, a leading financial company is currently looking for an HR Specialist (Western & Northern Europe) with fluent English, Dutch for their office in Amsterdam or Frankfurt am Main.
