An International Finance company which have a successful profile investment in China and Europe is currently looking for a Mandarin speaking General Office Administrator to join their expending team in City of London.
The ideal candidate has to have at least 1 year experience in general administration and supporting office staffs. You will also need experience to work closely with receptions. Salary is up to 30k
-Support all administration requests within office.
-Attending meeting and taking minutes.
-Handling all enquiries.
-Translating and interpreting when required.
-Arranging travel, visa and accommodation requirements for senior leaders.
-Meeting and greeting all seniority level visitors.
-Support Senior Executive Committee Member with dairy management.
-Organising meeting and ensure room bookings are made.
-Proactive manager reception team.
-Create a professional and friendly first impression for customers.
-Be responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
-Cover reception when required.
