Dutch speaking Admin Assistant

On behalf of our City Client we are looking to source a highly motivated Dutch speaking Administrator. This is a permanent role for a Dutch speaker who is looking for a highly diverse and varied role. The role starts on the 3rd of July.
Duties include:

Communicating with Fee Earners on a regular basis if there are duties you can help with; saving documents and assessing how they should be printed (double/single sided) so that they can easily find these docs when doing a search; communicate clearly with Fee Earners when you expect an assignment will be done; let them know if you have to leave early etc.
Be receptive to Fee Earners who come to your desk with questions even if you are in the middle of something; it is important to acknowledge them even when you are busy so that they have the confidence that you will be able to help.
Take responsibility for the following tasks;
Updating the office manual on a regular basis.
Keep lists up-to-date of lunch/ dinner venues for client entertainment.
Greet couriers at the reception area.
Check calendars of Fee Earners on a daily basis; it is important to know who is in the office that day; whether there are meetings scheduled at the office in order to set up the meeting rooms
Invoicing (Credit Control)
Invoices to pay (accounts payable)
Expenses fee earners, travel budget, gym allowance
Diary Management
Order office supplies (when appropriate)
Keep the internal telephone lists up-to-date and distribute
Keep the printers and copiers in working order and monitor contracts
Set up video conferences
Assist Marketing & PR Coordinator with organising Practice Meetings Legal/ Markets
Assist Marketing & PR Coordinator with booking conferences and seminars
Assist Marketing & PR Coordinator with keeping Business Development Toolbox up-to-date
Keep library collection (including subscriptions) up-to-date

Candidates should be fluent in Dutch/English be self starters who are highly proactive and have extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills
