German Speaking Junior/Business Development Manager - 25000 - 30000
My client a rapidly growing ecommerce business is looking for an experienced business development manager to join their growing team who will help contribute to their ambitious goals based in London. You will be responsible for finding and developing new client relationships in order to generate new business, and will work passionately to achieve business goals within a team.
Roles and responsibilities:
*Proactively seek new clients (both in UK and Continental Europe) and revenue for the business and effectively convert lead opportunities.
*Main target channels are retailers (department Stores, sports stores), e-commerce, Health & fitness (gyms), sports clubs and any other relevant channels.
*Deliver excellent customer service to all clients and trade partners.
*Build and maintain new and existing relationships. New relationships will consist of inbound sales enquiries, and sourcing of new leads through cold calling and networking (LinkedIn, etc)
*Strive to over achieve.
*Attend trade shows and networking events to procure new products for selling, and new distribution outlets for selling to.
*Develop sales materials and formulate proposals.
*Help with sourcing new products.
*Business Degree is preferable.
*English with fluency in at least one the following languages German or French
*Extensive experience in B2B sales.
*Experience of managing and developing business within the target channels in UK and Europe.
