An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Content Manager to join a fast-growing and dynamic global digital business. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter, capable of delivering excellent results both individually and as a member of a multi-lingual team.
Reporting to the Market Manager, the individual will be accountable, responsible, organised and detailed, with a passion for all things digital.
We are looking for a creative/lateral thinker with an ability to go above and beyond expectations when it comes to account management. An eye for detail is essential along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. This individual will be working with customers to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service and marketing support.
Due to the nature of the business, the position may require oversees travel on occasion.
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for digital/marketing/customer services.
The role will require an individual who is responsive and self-reliant, finds win/win solutions to problems, even when under pressure, and takes responsibility for all internal/external actions for your account as well as being proactive in helping other teams and individuals if required.
*Assist all dealers in getting the most out of their websites, assisting with the optimisation of content and the creation of marketing materials.
*Take in-bound calls and emails from Switzerland customers, logging all records accurately and efficiently in the customer database.
*Provide translation of website, marketing and ongoing communications material into German.
*Proactively audit the usage and performance of the Switzerland dealer websites.
*Proactively advised dealers on all aspects of web management, website content/marketing and optimisation.
*Work with the technical, search and marketing teams to deliver one-to-one strategies and training to Switzerland customers.
*Accurately and effectively report on the performance of the Switzerland account - both internally and externally.
*Continually look at ways to improve the level of service provided to Switzerland customers.
We are seeking applicants with :
Fluent German/Swiss German and English.
Previous Digital Content management experience, or Marketing Degree.
Experience of SEO and web analytics preferred.
Passionate about customer services.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment.
Proactive problem skills with great attention to detail.
