-Provide technical support (1 and 2 level) to the organisation's partners and customers
-Configure and analyse data and provide solutions to potential problems
-Escalate support issues and work closely with software development teams to find solutions
-Understand customer problems and provide a quick and appropriate support
-Actively participate in the organisation's product developments and improvements
-Be able to work in a fast paced customer service environment
-Sometimes be able to travel to customer's locations
-Be able to provide support and to train junior team members

Knowledge of UNIX at a basic level AND/OR Windows
Previous working experience in technical support and/or system administration roles
Solid time spent working with storage products
Knowledge of SCSI, SAN, fibre channel technology and network connectivity
Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
Strong communication skills and customer focused
Highly motivated, hard-working, strong time management, very well organised and flexible
