Based in Munich, my client is a looking for a customer service person to join their team as soon as possible. This is the perfect opportunity to use your well developed language skills on a daily basis. Customer Service Representative



Your new tasks:


  • Processing customer orders
  • Ensuring all information in orders are correct including discounts and terms
  • Order entry and follow up
  • Ensuring returns are logged and proceed properly
  • Working closely with Sales team as well as with warehouse
  • Developing and maintaining close relationship with customers


Your Profile:


  • Fluent Polish and good English skills, any other language is a plus
  • Previous work experience in Customer service/support
  • Previous knowledge ERP system
  • Good MS office pack knowledge
  • Extremely detail orientated
  • Flexible working atittud
