Regional Sales Manager (M/F)
· Prospect, identify and close new business independently in the DACH region
· Build/ maintain strong relationships with C-Level decision makers in all industries, initial point of contact with IT, Marketing & E- commerce and legal / trademarks departments
· Follow up on leads from lead generator and convert them
· Prepare and hold successful sales pitches to customers you acquired
· Work hand in hand with the Regional Director and the Sales engineers to accompany the sales cycle until signature of contract
· Sales cycle 6-18 months
· Hunter mentality
· Fluent in German and English
· At least 5 years experience in selling IT consulting and software development services
· Proven track record of new business acquisition and account penetration
· Ideally experience in domain management or brand protection
· Interested in long term commitment to the company
· Ability to work independently
· Willingness to go on business trips
· Able to sell without compelling event
· Flexible working hours, ability to plan your work schedule independently
· Possibility to do home office at times
· No micro management
· Very competitive fixed salary with an outstandingly rewarding variable component
