My client is currently seeking a

Business Development Manager DACH (m/w),

Based in Munich


to generate and nurture leads and turn them into opportunities, well connected in the industry.

Role specific competencies

o    Working with my clients’ best practice in terms of expertise, clients and service-line.

o    Developing and sourcing target lists based on objectives agreed with local management

o    Executing (tele)sales operations from start to finish.

o    Having an advisory role on state-of-the-art lead generation, nurturing tools and content needed to complete the role’s tasks successfully

o    Marketing and networking actively during organized events and improve those for new business purposes

o    Being an active member of at least one professional organisation and one networking association.

o    Connecting to business development roles across the group to evaluate international leads and opportunities.

o    Feeding back to team on performance and profile or value proposition

o    Assisting in optimising our website to support sales targets.

o    Being proficient in Salesforce

o    High achiever

o    Good networker with great communication skills

o    excellent German and English language skills
