A property investment company is looking for a sales driven candidate to join their expanding team. The company works with a wide range of clients, from individuals looking for real estate ventures or alternative investment schemes, to overseas funds and institutions looking to diversify their portfolios.
The ideal candidate has to have minimum 2 years experience in Business Development and/or Real Estate (UK products), good network within Chinese speakers and target-driven, salary up to £28k with attractive commission structure.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential companies.
- Proactively engage sales calls.
- Close new business deal and develop new business.
- Work closely with marketing and sourcing department to design market strategies for new business growth.
- Define and follow targets and objectives.
- Develop and deliver the business plan.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Property
- Strong client relationship management.
- Excellent negotiable skills.
- A pro-active self-starter.
- An entrepreneur mind set
- Attention to detail.
