Our City client a prestigious Investment bank has an exceptional opportunity for a first class, high calibre Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate for this role will have supported at very senior level in a 1:1 role. The role is a maternity cover and will be an ongoing temporary one.
Core duties encompass:
First point of contact / Gatekeeper for the Senior Executive
Rapport building with key contacts
Extensive diary and calendar management
Managing and responding to high volumes of telephone calls and e;mails
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences and special events
Arranging travel and accommodation
Reconciling travel expenses
Creating power point presentations and collating marketing material for presentations
The key skills for this role are:
Advanced MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook. Professional and articulate phone manner. Exceptional multi tasking and prioritisation skills. The ability to communicate and work with extremely senior level executives.
