German speaking Personal Assistant

A global real estate firm is looking for a German speaking Personal Assistant in London, U.K.

You will be providing support to the Managing Directors of the firm. The hours of work are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday; flexibility is expected as occasional irregular hours may occur.

Duties include:
- diary management
- monitoring emails in English & German
- travel and accommodation planning and booking
- manage expense reports
- organise meetings
- calls screening
- checking documents
- presentations and documents preparation
- taking dictation
- general typing and maintaining filing system

If you are a native German fluent English speaker, has excellent IT skills (the whole MS Office package), organised and has at least 3 years experience as a personal assistant, please get in touch.
