I am looking for a trilingual English, French and Italian individual who is outgoing and has excellent customer support experience to join a vibrant and very social team as a Technical Customer Support Representative. If you have some 1st line technical support experience then that's great! If not, don't worry as full training will be provided. You will be supporting the company's own products (hardware and software), so a keen interest in technology and an ability to learn quickly is all you need! Combine your linguistic, problem solving and customer care skills to succeed within a fun team environment and build your career in a global company at the forefront of its industry!
What you will be doing:
-Helping customers solve technical issues within a timely manner.
-Using the Call Management System to record all reported issues.
-Exceeding your targets in agreed KPIs.
-Making decisions about which issues should be escalated.
-Solving issues which do not require escalation.
-Translating documentation for customers when required.
-Contribute to the fun team environment.
What you need:
-Fluency in all three languages is a must! English, French and Italian.
-Know how to prioritise and manage your time efficiently.
-Excellent organisational skills.
-Outstanding communication and customer care skills.
-Enjoy working in an international and multilingual environment.
-Knowledge of computer configurations would be a great advantage.
