  • Umfassende Kundenbetreuung auf Deutsch und Englisch am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Auftragsannahme und -bearbeitung
  • Datenbankpflege
  • Mitwirkung bei Projektarbeiten zur Optimierung von Prozessen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung  im Kundenservice in der Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Fließend Deutsch und English in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und IT-Affinität
  • Leidenschaft für die Kosmetikbranche
