Your role as an Office Manager / Personal Assistant:

 

-     Correspondence in German and English

-     Meeting minutes

-     Preparing and revision of document and presentation

-     Calendar and activity management, Travel management

-     Responsible together with one colleague for managing and all administrative and organisational aspects of the office

-     Responsible for office supplies, purchasing, organising and monitoring

-     Create and monitor expense reports

-     Preparing PowerPoint presentations

-     Phone and Mail correspondence

-     Invoicing, filing, controlling

-     Managing bank accounts and cash balances

-     English and German Translations

 

 

Your profile:

 

-     Intelligent an fast learner with great analytical skills

-     Excellent German and English knowledge

-     Friendly and customer oriented

-     Well mannered on the phone and in person

-     Excellent organisational skills and able to work independently

-     Stress resistant and able to prioritize

-     Minimum of Abitur level education

-     Degree/training as a secretary is an advantage

-     Excellent MS Office skills
