Euro London Appointment's client, an international software organisation, is looking for a talented French speaking technical support specialist to join their fast growing French team based in the West Midlands and be part of their expansion into the French market.
If you have at least one professional experience in providing technical support in IT or have a proven track record of experience in technical support and fluency in French and English, are proactive, able to multi-task, determined and hungry for success then you should go ahead and read further:
As a French-speaking technical support specialist your duties will be:
-Providing support to customers by phone and email
-Testing software and actively participate in improvements/product development
-Travelling to France to train new and existing customers
-From time to time providing technical translations and update documents
-Receiving cases via the ticketing system
-Speaking and writing French at a native level of fluency
-Fluent in English
-A degree in Computer science IT or proven experience in technical support or IT field (internships are considered as well)
-Good level of SQL Server experience.
-Able and willing to travel to France on a regular basis to support clients after having received full product training.
-Microsoft operating systems (Desktop and Server) skills
-Knowledge of ticketing systems (desirable)
-Strong communication skills and customer focused
-Highly motivated, hard-working, strong time management, very well organised and flexible
-Passion for IT and networking skills
