German Speaking Customer Support Executive

Euro London Appointments are working with a well-established lifestyle brand who have cracked the UK and are now targeting Germany as their next market. Their innovative and stylish products are designed to ease everyday tasks for new parents and they seek a switched on customer support professional with fluent to native level German to join their small team in Bedfordshire.

You will take the lead in developing the market presence in Germany as well as supporting existing UK customers. You will do this by covering a variety of tasks including order processing, product enquiries and setting up new accounts. You will have professional communication skills (both verbal and written) and will be able to prioritise multiple tasks while developing relationships with external and internal partners. This role also requires a team player who can collaborate successfully with colleagues in both the UK and Germany.

As well as fluent to native level German you will also
- Have experience supporting clients/customers ideally in a b2b role.
- Thrive in fast-paced working environments
- Be IT literate
- Be highly motivated and confident speaking with existing and prospective customers
