A successful online sports retailer are looking for a fluent to native German speaker to join their UK & International Customer Care team. Working from Monday to Friday in their modern offices in London (Zone 2, commutable from South/South West by bike) you will provide high level service primarily through social media, live chat and email but also over the phone.

You are the type of person who thrives in an open and collaborative culture and are keen to play your own individual part in the overall success of the business. As well as giving you the chance to lead a healthy lifestyle, the company will also make sure you have everything you need to be successful.

The team values those who possess a 'can do attitude' and a keen interest in outdoor sports.

What else do we need from you? The ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent to native level in German
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in delivering high-level customer service
- A confident communicator when dealing with customers and colleagues
