Utilising multiple channels you will be responsible for managing customer relationships in the German speaking territories by sending out quotes, managing orders, identifying up-selling opportunities and conducting follow ups with customer accounts.
Working within a well-established customer services team you will have the opportunity to boost your earnings with monthly commission. The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer support professional looking to take a more leading role in growing the company brand in their dedicated territory.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Be fluent to native level in spoken and written German
- Fluent in spoken & written English
