German Speaking Personal Assistant

An exceptional opportunity to work for a renowned Accountancy Firm in the heart of the city.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced German Speaking Personal Assistant to support a partner within the financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Diary management and coordination, including liaising with internal and external contacts to
arrange meetings, conference calls, seminars, etc.
Monitoring incoming English and German emails and alerting recipient of details as required.
Travel and accommodation booking: proactive research and presentation of options, using
initiative to anticipate requirements and look for optimal cost-effective solutions.
Compiling and managing expense reports and process
Screening calls and placing calls to internal and external contacts, with an appropriate
developed appreciation for importance and priority (e.g. internal hierarchy, major clients).
Checking, arranging and formatting documents including memos, reports and presentations
with a perfectionist's care for detail.
Preparation of attractive presentation materials and charts from draft content provided.
Personal arrangements where required, e.g., lunch, post office, reservations and travel.
Drafting correspondence where required, including taking dictation.
General typing (including minutes and handwritten notes), copying, printing and binding.
Maintaining address books and an effective filing system of correspondence.

REQUIRED SKILLS
German speaker.
Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook 2010.
Excellent ability in Microsoft Word.
Excellent ability in Microsoft Powerpoint.
Excellent ability in Microsoft Excel.
Interest and ability for online research would be ideal, but not essential.
Some experience in real estate investment / private equity environment useful, not essential.
